	Operating all the volunteer frameworks in Israel (Service Year, Community Nahal, Pre-army Preparatory, National Service, Civic Service and Private Volunteer Year).
	Working with varied target populations that are not recognized as part of the volunteering profile (Caucasian and Ethiopian origin, Israeli Arabs, youth from weakened communities, religious and secular).
	Advanced professional approach – developing all the knowledge required by the volunteers for realizing both their personal potential as well as that of the volunteering phenomenon.
	The ability to implement and have an impact on organizations in this arena: initiative capability, developing and operating innovative projects, ability to integrate official and social organizations.
