IsraCorps training is carried out on several levels:
Training for all IsraCorps volunteers – on alternate Sundays and on two several-day-long annual seminars. Training is developed and done by IsraCorps staff- all are professional and experienced educators with formal and informal educational backgrounds. The purpose of these sessions is to stimulate a search for values, based on studying and exploring bodies of knowledge and content in the fields of education, society, and the inner world of the participants.
Professional training – regarding the volunteering assignment, once monthly. The training covers professional and developmental subjects, including: acquiring tools and skills for narrowing learning gaps, constructing an annual work plan, learning strategies, fundamentals of the language (Hebrew and Arabic, mathematics, English), how to handle and deal wuth children at risk, skills within the informal activities and more
